The room was quiet, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and it had an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV. The breakfast offered a lot of outstanding meals. That hotel was in an excellent location, pretty close to the airport.

the place was clean and we loved standard king room. the hotel location was excellant by many schools. and it was within a close distance from masala'z indian takeaway, ate there couple of times. there where good beds and an electronic key card, a work desk, and a tv inside the room. the stuff was affable and amicable all the time. the service was all in all good.

I liked the standard king room, which featured a comfortable king-size bed and a nice breakfast. the hotel is conveniently located just 0.5 km from the airport, making it a quiet and ideal spot. the service provided was efficient.

This hotel was so conveniently located .. right off the A4, I think it was. Very easy to find and it provided easy access into Krakow city. We also used it to visit nearby Auschwitz and other small towns. The room was clean and the buffet breakfast was wonderful. The staff were most gracious and we had a front view of the river -- even though the weather was awful, we had a great time. I would stay here again.

Some of the next room noise from a group was a little loud, but we called the front office, and they gladly took care of the matter. So really nothing was negative about this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed central heating, television, and a writing desk in the room. The bedding and beds were good. The location was magnificent and I could use free parking on-site.

A perfect place with a fair level of cleanliness and great value. the units are quiet and cozy, featuring nice breakfasts and comfortable king-size beds. the staff is exceptionally helpful, and there's a wide range of incredible food options for meals. the hotel boasts a marvelous location, conveniently close to Krakow's city center, the airport, and other attractions in Poland.

tv and radio in the dining room on same time,loud,would be nicer to have classic music in the background during dinner,maybe the tv screen is in the wrong place.would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room and little sashet of hair shampoo

Lovely hotel, easy to find, clean and tidy.

The staff were not as helpful as we would have liked. They shut the bar as soon as we arrived (22:30 local). Our second night was marred by a wedding party that went on until 5:00 am, the loudness of the music resulted in a sleepless night and is not acceptable in a hotel.

We loved this hip new hotel. The staff were amicable and polite in case of questions. The location was favourable, for example, a subway station was not far from the venue. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake. Finally, the venue's restaurant was nice which is open till 10 pm and helpful staff.

The location is just a pleasant stroll away from Genting Casino, making it very convenient. I enjoyed dining at a fantastic restaurant that stays open until 10 pm, and the staff were quite helpful. the accommodations were incredibly comfortable, and the beds were great. the service was attentive and supportive.

The hotel had a charming and elegant decoration that reminded me of classic European style. The general areas were well-maintained and had a pleasant ambiance. It was easy for senior people like myself to navigate around the hotel, thanks to the clear signage and spacious hallways.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially when it came to catering to the needs of senior guests. The children working there could have been more attentive and considerate towards us.

The rooms at Hotel Fero Express Pokoje Klimatyzowane Ac are so comfortable, with air conditioning and free WiFi. I loved the little extras like free bottled water - it made me feel special as a guest. The private bathroom with a shower was also a nice touch.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the TV in the room. But hey, that's just my opinion, some people might still enjoy it.
